Our Story

Personalized Behavior Solutions, LLC is an Oregon based company dedicated to providing services to children and adults who experience intellectual or developmental disabilities. Our company was initially founded in September 2022, with the goal of bringing quality supports and services to those in need, and in particular, to help our clients live as independently as possible and to improve their overall quality of life.

People who experience I/DD are a historically underserved population. We believe that there is a great need for qualified providers. We also believe that there is a need for providers who offer flexible services, such as in-home supports.

Our mission statement is simple: Compassion, Commitment, and Creativity.

We believe in having compassion and empathy for the population we serve. By considering the other person’s perspective and making emotional connections, we often realize that we have much more in common with the individuals we serve than we have differences.

Our commitment to supporting those we serve does not end once we complete the initial PBSP development process. We want to ensure that the plan and strategies we develop and implement truly work for the individual and that they are able to change as the person does.

We value and encourage creativity, and outside-of-the-box thinking. We do not believe in a cookie-cutter approach to professional behavior services. Our goal is to ensure that we are developing supports with each individual’s unique needs in mind.
